Refund/Cancellation Policy
Because Peak Mental Health Broadcasting is an instant activation service that delivers continuous output once started, refunds for any given single-month plan are not available after activation. However, our 3-week complimentary trial ensures clients can experience the field, risk-free, before purchasing.
Customers will need to sign up for our 3-week complimentary trial using their credit or debit card however, they will not be charged if they cancel within this 3-week window of time.
If customer does not cancel their service, they will be subsequently charged for the following month of service, and monthly thereafter, if they do not cancel their service, which can be easily done via email and will be executed on our end at the end of the same month that they cancel.
In event that such a cancellation event takes place, the remaining months of their subscription will not be charged and a refund will be promptly issued.
It has been our personal experience with some companies, that when you want to cancel a service or subscription, the company you're dealing with makes it hard as nails to do so, coming up with excuses after excuses as to why your refund was delayed.
Rest assured that will not happen with us, simply because it is not fair. Our guarantee to you is this: we will issue you a refund within 48 hours (maximum) from the time you decide to cancel.
Of course, that does not mean the monies you paid will instantly show up in your bank account or back on your credit/debit card, as the refund has to go through the banking and credit card system before it lands back on your card. So, please do keep that in mind.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel future automatic renewals at any time through their Shopify account or via email. All monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed unless customer requests that Mental Wellness Lab cancels their service.
